Below are three reason why you should desire to discover God's perfect purpose for you. This requires an open heart to hear whatever God is calling you to do. My goal is to wake up each day and seek God's calling and direction, being open to any changes or drastic turns along the way! Below I will tell you why I believe there is no more exciting life then that!
  1. It’s what you were made for- If you want to know the primary use for something, you ask the person who made it. Why should it be any different for humans? If we were created by God, and we are all individuals, then that means he has a special use for each one of us. Nothing is by random, and we were intentionally designed for our purpose.
  • Ephesians 2:10 For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
  1. He knows what you love- God didn’t put passion, desires, and skills in you for no reason! God’s plan for you involves you using those God given gifts in a big way. He has prepared and equipped you for whatever he calls you to do, whether it’s hard or not. So much joy comes from doing what you love, for God.
  •  1 Peter 4:10 Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.
  1. It’s part of a higher purpose- Working for God is like working for a company. You have your role, which that contributes to the overall goal of the company.  You can be sure that your efforts don’t end at you, you have brothers and sisters across the world working towards the same purpose, just in different ways. That goal being to spread the gospel. It’s the ONE thing Jesus told us all to do right before he left.
  • Romans 12:4-6 For we are one body with many members, and the members do not all have the same function. We have gifts that differ                                  according to the grace given to us, let us use them.
